We are liquidating items for 15 different consignors in this huge warehouse auction. We are offering 360+ lots of good clean food service equipment to include cooking, refrigeration, and support equipment ... plus good furniture, nice smallwares, and more.

If you want to preview the auction in person before you bid online, the warehouse will open during the sale as follows:

- Thu & Fri: 12/7/17 - 12/8/17: 11AM to 4PM

- Mon. 12/11/17: 11AM to 4PM

If you are unable to make these preview times you may call the auctioneer at 803-429-3493 to request an appointment to view the inventory on Saturday only 12/9/17 from 11AM to 2PM. We will accommodate you if possible. You must have an appointment approved and scheduled

Directions: Take the Shop Rd. Exit off 1-77 toward the Fairgrounds / Downtown then ...

  • Exit 6 if heading South toward Charleston, then right toward the State Fairgrounds and Downtown for approximately 1.7 miles to the warehouse on the right.

  • Exit 6B if traveling North toward Charlotte, then right back across bridge toward the Fairgrounds and Downtown for approximately 2 miles to the warehouse on the right

If you are traveling Shop Road from Assembly St. / George Rogers Blvd and heading towards 1-77, then we are 1.3 miles from Assembly St. (or three-tenths of a mile past the SCDMV Office) on the left.

We are located between Ehrlich St. and Sands St. The address (1804) is on the building. We are in the section of the building closest to Shop Road. Very easy to find with an easy in and out of town





The format for this sale is online bidding only. The warehouse will be open for viewing during the auction per the schedule above.

You can fully preview the sale on the bidding platform lot by lot, but you will not be able to place bids until you register and the auction goes live at 8AM on 12/7/17. This auction is loaded with quality merchandise. All equipment has been cleaned and detailed. Our technician has spot checked all equipment to verify it is in good working order. Repairs have been made if needed and considered prudent. Any problems we are aware of with any lot being sold in this auction will be clearly noted in the lot description on the bidding platform. We are unable to test run gas cooking equipment, but our technician has examined all units for any obvious defects. At the time of this posting we are only offering one lot in this auction that is NIS (not in service).

All items are being sold "as is & where is" with no warranty implied or guaranteed. Our rating system is purely subjective and represents only our opinion we believe to be accurate based on the information we have available.

A valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) is required to register and bid online. (See link below for our current payment policies and a cash deposit option for those unable to provide a credit card).

Thirteen-Percent (13%) Buyer's Premium with a 3% BP discount for cash payments

SC sales tax applies for this sale. Dealers / tax exempt buyers must provide their retail tax license number or proper documentation to avoid paying sales tax. No exceptions please. Remember, unless you are a non-profit with proper documentation, only purchases solely intended for resale qualify as tax exempt and then only by providing your retail sales tax license information

Lots begin closing at 2PM on Tuesday, December 12th, 2017 and the auction will end when the last lot closes late-afternoon. Successful bidders will receive an email invoice listing the items they purchased and the amount owed. Invoices will be sent out no later than 10AM on Wednesday, December 13th, 2017, or sooner depending on what time the auction finishes closing on the 12th. Invoices will also be available at the sale site Full payment and removals must be completed by 6PM on Friday, December 15th, 2017.

Online payments are not accepted at this time. Payment can be made when you pick up your purchases at the sale site. We accept cash, cashier check, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express). Proper I.D. is required. You may also pay prior to pick-up by calling the auction company to pay by phone with your credit card (803)-429-3493. We will also accept wire transfer payments that are approved prior to the beginning of the auction. Personal and company checks are not accepted.

Payment & Removal Schedule: Please conform to the following payment and removal schedule if you wish to participate in this auction:

Wednesday - Friday, December 13th - 15th: 10AM to 6PM.


We strongly discourage deviations from the stated payment and removal schedule. However, if you are a serious buyer and unable to conform to the payment and removal schedule, you may request a short extension, but must do so and receive approval prior to placing any bids in the auction. Requests will be considered on a per case basis by the auctioneer ... (803) 429-3493.

No shipping for this sale. The items being sold in this auction are for local pickup at the sale site only.

Important: Forklift service will be available. We will have staff on site to assist in loading your purchases.  You may also want to bring your own help to avoid any delays. Also, please remember to bring plenty of ropes, straps, or tie downs, plus padding to secure your load. To buyers of upright refrigeration: We will not lay refrigeration down and will only load it upright. If you bring an enclosed truck or trailer you should have at least 84" door clearance.
