All items are being sold "as is & where is" with no warranty
implied or guaranteed. Our rating system is purely
subjective and represents only our opinion we believe to be
accurate based on the information we have available.
A valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American
Express) is required to register and bid online. (See link
below for our current payment policies and a cash deposit
option for those unable to provide a credit card).
Thirteen-Percent (13%) Buyer's Premium with a 3% BP discount
for cash payments.

documentation to avoid paying sales tax. No exceptions
please. Remember, unless you are a non-profit with proper
documentation, only purchases solely intended for resale
qualify as tax exempt and then only by providing your retail

auction will end when the last lot closes late-afternoon.
Successful bidders will
receive an email invoice listing the items they purchased
and the amount owed.
Invoices will be sent out no later than 10AM on Wednesday,
December 13th, 2017, or sooner depending on what time the
auction finishes closing on the 12th. Invoices will also be
available at the sale site.
Full payment and removals must be
completed by 6PM on Friday, December 15th, 2017.
Online payments are not
accepted at this time. Payment can be made when you
pick up your purchases at the sale site. We accept cash,
cashier check, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover,
American Express). Proper I.D. is required. You may also pay
prior to pick-up by calling the auction company to pay by
phone with your credit card (803)-429-3493. We will also
accept wire transfer payments that are approved prior to the
beginning of the auction.
Personal and company checks are not accepted.

Payment & Removal Schedule:
Please conform to the following payment and removal schedule
if you wish to participate in this auction:
Wednesday - Friday, December 13th - 15th: 10AM to 6PM.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR AND REMOVED BY 6PM ON FRIDAY,
DECEMBER 15TH, 2017.
We strongly discourage deviations from the stated payment
and removal schedule. However, if you are a serious buyer
and unable to conform to the payment and removal schedule,
you may request a short extension, but must do so and
receive approval prior to placing any bids in the auction.

The items being
sold in this auction are for local pickup at the sale site
Important: Forklift service will be available. We will have
staff on site to assist in loading your purchases. You may
also want to bring your own help to avoid any delays. Also,
please remember to bring plenty of ropes, straps, or tie
downs, plus padding to secure your load.
To buyers of upright refrigeration: We will not lay
refrigeration down and will only load it upright. If you
bring an enclosed truck or trailer you should have at least
84" door clearance.
It is sometimes possible that certain terms and conditions
may change prior to sale time. Please give the website a
