All items are being sold "as is & where is" with no warranty
implied or guaranteed. Our rating system is purely
subjective and represents only our opinion we believe to be
accurate based on the information we have available.
A valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American
Express) is required to register and bid online. (See link
below for our current payment policies and a cash deposit
option for those unable to provide a credit card).
Thirteen-Percent (13%) Buyer's Premium with a 3% discount
for cash payments.
SC sales tax applies for this sale. Dealers / tax exempt
buyers must provide their retail tax license number to avoid
paying sales tax. No exceptions please. Remember, only
purchases solely intended for resale qualify as tax exempt.

auction will end when the last lot closes that afternoon.
Successful bidders will
receive an email invoice listing the items they purchased
and the amount owed.
Invoices will be sent out no later than 10AM on Wednesday
May 3rd, 2017, or sooner depending on what time the auction
finishes closing on the 2nd. Invoices will also be available
at the sale site.
Full payment and removals must be
completed by 6PM on Friday, May 5th, 2017.
Online payments are not accepted at this time.
Payment can be made when you pick
up your purchases. We accept cash, cashier check, or credit
card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express). Our
system will only process credit payments ... NO Debit card
payments. Proper I.D. is required. You may also pay prior to
pick-up by calling the auction company to pay by phone with
your credit card (803)-429-3493. We accept wire transfer
payments that are approved prior to the beginning of the
auction. Personal and

Payment & Removal Schedule:
Please conform to the following payment and removal schedule
if you wish to participate in this auction:
Wednesday - Friday, May 3rd - 5th, 2017: 10AM to 6PM.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR AND REMOVED BY 6PM ON FRI. May
Do not bid in this auction if you are unable to pay
for and remove your purchases under the terms stated.
Exception: The buyer of the large Baxter oven must complete
payment by close of business on May 5th but will have an
additional 10-days to engage someone to disassemble and
remove the oven from the premises. The building must be
turned back to the landlord at close of business on 5/15/17.
Do not bid on the oven if you cannot meet these terms.
Info: We will only have 2 people on site to help load your
purchases and you may want to bring your own help to avoid
any delays. Bring plenty of ropes, straps, or tie downs,
plus padding to secure your load. All plumbing and
electrical has been disconnected and items removed from
walls. All items are ready to go out the door with the
exception of the large Baxter oven. There will be NO
forklift on site so all items will need to be hand
loaded. Please make sure you have enough help with you in
order to assist our staff in loading the heavy items.
Tipping our staff for any help loading is appropriate and
